Expanding the Galaxy: Exciting Post-Launch Content Announced for Star Wars Outlaws

Anticipation builds as players eagerly await the release of the latest Star Wars adventure. For those with a Ubisoft+ Premium subscription or those who opt for the Gold or Ultimate editions of the game, the launch is just around the corner. Meanwhile, the developers at Massive continue to unveil exciting post-launch content, ensuring the adventure in this beloved universe is far from over.

The team has announced that Star Wars Outlaws will feature two narrative expansions and additional cosmetic bundles. Fortunately, players won’t have to wait long for the first story expansion, titled Star Wars Outlaws: Wild Card, which is set to debut this fall. In this expansion, players will engage in a Sabacc tournament where Kay encounters the iconic Lando Calrissian, uncovering that there are ulterior motives beyond mere card games.

Following this, players will experience a slight delay before the release of the second story expansion, Star Wars Outlaws: A Pirate's Fortune, scheduled for spring 2025. This content will introduce players to the notorious pirate Hondo Ohnaka, who is driven by the desire to rectify past grievances with a formidable group of pirates.

Both expansions will be available for individual purchase as well. However, those who secure the season pass will also gain access to the exclusive Jabba's Gambit mission on the official launch date of Star Wars Outlaws on August 30th, which is earlier on August 27th for players with special editions or the Ubisoft+ Premium subscription.
